More detox and purification time! This is exactly what I need with trying to get 7 years of dangerous medications out of my system. I have been asking around on Facebook and searching online and the answer was here, in this Bible study, all along. Amazing!!! God’s timing is ALWAYS perfect!I love how Donna Partow made meal suggestions for detox and shared the recipe for the detox bath today. Since today is Friday, I am planning on taking a nice bath this evening and am planning on making this part of my Friday evening routine. If Fridays don’t seem to work, Saturdays might. 🙂 I have not been able to get in and out of the bathtub in OVER a year, so I am really looking forward to this. With my newly-regained strength, I am certain I will be able to get in and out safely this time. Although the author recommended Lavender oil, I might use my Peace and Calming Oil, especially if it is close to bedtime. AHHHHH – this sounds so relaxing! I cannot wait!
To follow up on yesterday’s post, it is now 8:17am and although I was extra tired from getting to bed late last night, I did get up at 6am and got the kids up and moving. Then, I went off to my TAG Area and did today’s reading in the study while they were eating their breakfast. Although I did not have my 5:30am start, the day is off to a wonderful beginning – especially compared to yesterday! Praise God!
To help focus on purifying the body and soul today, Partow suggested meditating on Psalm 51:
